A fascination of healing the physical body through mindful, fluid motion led me to study Pilates and Yoga. I have been teaching since 2008. I am inspired by the simple things in life such as nature and stillness. You can find me either by the lake or in the trees on my spare time. Spending time here helps me provide an optimal, mindful class to my students. My classes reflect a calm energy yet are rehabilitative and intensely transformational for your body.
