Later on in my twenties I sort of lost yoga to university, relationships, work and so on and so forth. As a result I started to loose sight of the magic and beauty that is around us everyday.   • Modo

    A challenging, healthy all-level hot yoga sequence (linked with breath). Modo classes are intended to open, strengthen and detoxify the entire body. Suitable for all levels.

  • Core Fusion

    Core Fusion is a full body workout. The sequence is designed to prioritize functional movement in the body. Combining traditional yoga poses with high cardio movements and isometric holds. This practice will invigorate and energize all practitioners. ALL LEVELS WELCOME!

  • Silent Modo

    A standard class led silently by the teacher’s practice. Guided with little or no verbal instruction. A beautiful way to deepen your practice and truly connect with your breath. All levels welcome, though beginners are encouraged to feel comfortable with the standard Modo series first.

  • Modo Flow

    A challenging, healthy, hot yoga FLOW sequence. Postures are linked with breath and downward-upward dog flow sequences to help you deepen your practice. This class is always moving, and is set at a faster pace than a Modo class. It is great for upper body strengthening and improving cardiovascular health.

  • Power Flow

    A challenging, healthy, hot yoga FLOW sequence. Postures are linked with breath and downward-upward dog flow sequences with hip openers and twists. Set to the teacher’s music. Some yoga experience preferred.

  • Hatha Flow

    Hatha is incorporated in every physical yoga practice, however the Flow yoga component adds a fluid sequencing approach with particular attention placed on breathing and the primary chakra system, each of which correlate with organ, gland, cellular and nerve health.   • Freestyle Flow

    A challenging and innovative vinyasa flow class inspired by our senior teachers. Each class has its unique and creative focus rooted in intelligent vinyasa sequencing. All levels welcome, however some experience would be beneficial.

  • Flow 2

    A challenging practice that keeps you flowing with breath, as you observe how your mind and body interact. Creative sequencing makes each class unique, and provides ways to step out of your comfort zone.

  • Yin

    Long, deep holds to relax and restore joints and muscles. Poses are held for 3-5 minutes, stretching deep muscle tissue and fascia. All poses are seated or reclined. The slower nature of this practice is often described as a “moving meditation” in a non-heated classroom setting. Get ready to be relaxed and feel so light after class! A great compliment to your regular practice. Suitable for all levels.

  • Restorative

    Yoga poses to help us learn to relax, rest deeply, and completely. During deep relaxation, all the organ systems of the body are benefited. Measurable results of deep relaxation are: reduction of blood pressure, serum triglycerides and blood sugar levels in the blood, the increase of the “good cholesterol” levels, as well as improvement in digestion, fertility, elimination, the reduction of muscle tension, insomnia and generalized fatigue.

  • Karma Class

    A reduced-fee 60 minute Modo class. All proceeds support not-for-profit organizations. Minimum $10 donation. Memberships do not apply.

  • Economy Class

    A Modo or Modo Flow class taught by an experienced teacher. Class is $12(taxes included) or memberships can be applied. Just another way we are making yoga more accessible to the community.

  • Community Class

    A reduced-fee Modo class led by a teacher-in-training gaining practice teaching hours. $8 donation or memberships apply.

  • Prenatal Yoga

    Yoga during pregnancy is one of the best things we can do for ourselves and for our baby. Come out and experience yoga poses that help strengthen muscles needed for labour and for caring for a new baby. our classes help you stay in tune with your ever-changing body while breathing techniques are used to help with pain and stress management. This is a great opportunity to connect with your baby and embrace our community of expectant moms. Suitable for women in all trimesters. Practiced in our NON-HEATED yoga room.

  • Savasana

    A VERY relaxing 1 pose class. Just lie on your back and breath. Just kidding, this is not a real class but we think savasana can change the world!
